How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
You will receive notifications at every stage of your order from confirmation through to delivery. We ship using Australia Post.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Yes. Your shipping address can be changed before your order is dispatched. Orders generally pass through pre-dispatch quality checks quite quickly, so if you do need to change your delivery address once your order is marked Undergoing Quality Checks, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us on 08 7073 5815 us to ensure your address can still be changed. Once your order is marked Ready for Dispatch, your order cannot be redirected or recalled.
What should I do if I haven't received a response to my return request?
Please allow up to one business day for us to respond to your request. If you do not hear from us within that period, you can email us at email@example.com or phone us on 08 7073 5815 .
Do you offer exchanges and returns?
We offer 10-day returns and exchanges on select standard products. Kindly confirm with support team before placing the order. In case of exchanges, return postage to be born by customer.
Orders that are faulty will be replaced at no cost, with return label provided by HBC.
We do not offer refunds for custom or personalized (made to) orders.
We offer refunds for 'change of mind'. However if you have any queries regarding size, color, material or shipping, kindly contact our support team before placing your order.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering my products?
Yes, you can change the shipping address but only before the order status is Dispatched. You can change the address within 2 days from the time order placed. However, once the product gets dispatched, it will be delivered only to the address mentioned already.
